Yes it is still on. I received an e-mail from Chris at DEP yesterday. As
for the time.... I'm not at home so I can't check the letter he sent to me in
the snail mail. However, it is scheduled for Oct. 3rd.

According to the letter I received with my DEP patch the feild day
is scheduled for October 4, 2003 and it starts at 8:30 a.m. Hope
that helps.
